Don't worry. Your data is safe with cloud back up. You can download "Actofit SmartScale Enterprise APP' on any Smartphone (Android OS 5.1 & above) from PlayStore. Once downloaded, you need to skip the sign up option & directly login using your existing login credentials. You can find your previously measured data on the APP and can take new measurement.
