1. Launch the Actofit Health app.
2. By swiping up the screen, you may see Vital Scans.
3. Click on Vital Scan and hold off until the front camera activates.
4. Please don't jiggle your phone while holding the camera in front of your face.
5. You can see all of the parameters after focussing on the camera for 30 to 60 seconds.
