1. Clear the cache and data of the Actofit Health App.
2. Reconnect the scale to the your Actofit Health app.
3. Open your Actofit Health App.
4. Click on the "Add" option.
5. Select your Smartscale model.
6. Turn on the scale by applying gentle pressure to the machine.
7. Scan the device and establish the connection.
8. Navigate to the "Measure Now" option in the Smartscale settings.
9. Stand on the machine for 20 - 30 seconds.
10. When the notification bell rings, it will provide you with the results.
