It also tracks sleep duration, helps improve sleep quality, and allows for easy sharing and friendly competition.
1. Open your JyouPro app.
2. In the bottom navigation, locate the "Device" option.
3. Wear your watch.
4. Turn on the watch.
5. Select the "Scan for Device" option.
6. Establish the connection.
