The fact that the scale wrongly displays includes the following several aspects:

1.LED does not display.Please check whether the battery still has electric power.

Please re-install the battery.If the LED does not display it is suggested to replace the battery.

2.LED displays LO:Please carefully check whether the battery is installed correctly,and confirm the

battery still has electric power.If LED still displays LO,it is suggested to replace the battery.

3.LED displays ERR:The Sensor of the scale has been overloaded or even damaged.

Please do not measure a weight with more than 180 KG or 440 pounds.
