No. it is not possible to pair Actofit Rise Smart watch to any Smartphone. Actofit Rise is is an Android OS watch which is different than android wear. Yes you can pair your Bluetooth headset with your Actofit Smart watch very easily.
Any app on this watch will need to be an Android App and can be downloaded from the Play Store only. With regards to Actofit Workout, it is embedded natively onto this watch and even if you have an iPhone you can still use the Workout App as it integrates the data at the cloud level. You do not need to connect your phone with your watch during the workout tracking or otherwise.
