If you are unsatisfied with any Product purchased from the Actofit Store for any reason, you will have seven (7) days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.
To qualify for return all products require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the Actofit. All packing materials, accessories and documentation/Invoice must be included.
- For RMA raise a ticket with the return reason and we will assign you a RMA number with return shipping address.
- Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Items returned without an RMA number will be denied or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% at Actofit sole discretion.
- All products in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the Actofit. All packing materials, accessories and documentation/Invoice must be included.
- The returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
- Standard/Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a shipping error on our part is made or defective parts are shipped, they will be replaced. We will not charge restock fee.
- Return request made within 7 days from the date of purchase. In such case, we will not charge restock fee.
- You have to ship the product to address which we will provide at the time of return request. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Actofit will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping charges will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Actofit may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products.
Once we receive your item. we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase except as specified below:
- Credit Card Purchases: refund will be issued back to credit card.
PayPal Purchases: refund will be issued back to holders' PayPal account.
Check Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of check.
Discounts and Promotions: refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.
Tax: the appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.
Please note, The authorization to approve a refund would be at the discretion of Actofit. The following products shall not be get Full refund:
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Products that are used, worn, washed , damaged by the customer.
- Products not returned in original packaging including: price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, etc
- Products damaged after delivery or showing signs of wear tear from being worn after delivery
