We are so confident you will be happy with your gadget that if a product is found to be faulty or defective within 12 months of purchase we will offer a free repair or replacement.


The returns policy will only cover manufacturer faults and does not cover the following:


  • Damage caused by liquid
  • Intentional damage
  • Damage caused by dropping the product or intentional mistreatment
  • Damage caused by attempting to repair or adapt the device by yourself or a third party
  • Repairs undertaken by a third party company
  • Improper use of accessories
  • Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear – e.g scratches to touchscreen.
  • Acceptable Battery life depletion.
  • Any device that has been Jailbroken or rooted after sale.
  • Any problem caused by result of human damage.


Note: Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Actofit may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products.
