Your data is safe with us and we assure you that you will get access to all your health logs.
If you could not see your health logs this may be because you might have login with the different account. Previously we had an option to login with one parent (main) account and you could add multiple child accounts (sub accounts). In the recent update we have given you an option to select your child (sub account) and stick with that account.
