Boost mode basically used for motivates the users for getting more intense workout & burn more calories during the session. usually, the trainer will apply the boost mode when multiple users are tried to reach out to the peak zone during the workouts. it will help users to get more intense. eventually in the boost mode user can increase their effort score.
