1. Download the Actofit Smartscale app from the play store. 
2. Enter the login credentials to log in to the app.
3. If not registered kindly click on sign up and enter the appropriate Name, Email address, Password and check the checkbox to agree with the terms and conditions and then click on Sign up.
4. If you already have a Gmail account, kindly click on Connect with Google.
5. Once you are logged in you will be directed to the home page where you will find the field to enter mobile number and button to see your member list.
6. In the Enter Mobile number field, kindly enter the mobile number.
7. If the number doesn’t exist you will be directed to the add new user page.
8. If the number already exists then you will be directed to the measuring screen.
9. To add user fill the details and save the user.
10. Once the user is added kindly enter the mobile number and click on submit or go to member list and select the user.
11. Click on proceed to go further.
12. For the first time smart-scale is not connected, so in this case to connect the scale click on scan.
13. A scale will appear on the scanning page with the mac id e.g. ef:2E:4D:66: K9:00
14. Click on the mac address of the scale and then click on CONNECT.
15. Once scale is connected, kindly click on the Proceed to take the reading.
16. Stand on the smart scale in order to measure body parameters.
17. Stand steady till the weight and all parameters appear on the screen.
18. To see the logs enter the mobile number or select the user and click on logs.
19. To Compare your data enter the mobile number or select the user and click on Compare.
