Connect the device to the charger and make sure you have inserted properly. To make sure it is inserted properly there is a Red indicator located on the band. Once the red indicator glows the band is inserted properly. If the band is fully drained it will take some time to turn on. (Note: do not use the band till it turns off. Kindly connect it to charger when battery displayed low)
