1. Log in to the actofit fitness app. 

2. Fill all the details .i.e height , gender , weight etc 

3. Connect your actofit edge hr device to app. 

4. Turn on sport mode on your actofit edge hr . By holding it for 3 sec. 

5. Then start the cardio section in the app. Ie. Running, cycling, etc. 

6. Now you can observe the HR and calories with HR zones.
