The fact that the scale wrongly displays includes the following several aspects:

1.LED does not display. Please check whether the battery still has electric power.

Please re-install the battery. If the LED does not display it is suggested to replace the battery.

2.LED displays LO: Please carefully check whether the battery is installed correctly, and confirm the

battery still has electric power. If LED still displays LO,it is suggested to replace the battery.

3.LED displays ERR: The Sensor of the scale has been overloaded or even damaged.

Please do not measure a weight with more than 180 KG or 440 pounds.
