Initially please check these settings: 

-Bluetooth needs to be turn on 

-Do not disturb mode/ Airline mode must be off in your phone settings for the tracker to receive notifications. Please ensure all permissions are enabling. 

 

For Android Devices: 

Settings > Apps >Actofit Fitness > Permissions > Please turn on all of these permission 

Please make sure that notifications are turned on for all of the apps that you want to receive notification from. 

 

For Samsung Phone: 

-Go to Messages > Tap menu icon looks like three dots in the top right > settings > Notifications > turn off App Badges
