You can record your personal exercise forms in presence of your trainer. During exercise session your form is evaluated in correlation to your recorded form and compared for difference in velocity, acceleration and range of motion. As you can imagine evaluating form accurately is near impractical with just wrist sensors, but the idea is to be able to collect enough information and data to be able to derive meaningful predictions in the near future.
