1. Charge your scale with Type C Charger . Make sure that input voltage is 5V . Do not use high watt charger. it may damage the hardware. Recommended charger type is 15 watt charger .
2. Make sure electrodes handle cable is broken or not. ( physical damage will not covered in the warranty )
