Steps to connect Actofit Care Smartwatch to Phone
  1. Download the "Actofit Fitness" app from the Play Store or App Store for Android or iOS respectively.
  2. Kindly sign and log in to the app
  3. Fill in all the required personal details
  4. On the Device selection screen please select the Actofit Care Smartwatch as the preferred device and click on the Next button. 
  5. Make sure that the Bluetooth and location service is kept on for connecting the device. (Also make sure that all permissions are granted for the app in the app info from phone settings)
  6. Now select the device listed on the lower screen i.e. Actofit XXXX
  7. Once you select the device, you will be directed to the home screen. 
  8. Have some patience for 2-3 mins. Smartwatch will automatically connect to your phone. Observe the Bluetooth sign on the band. A connected text message will be displayed on the home screen of the application. Otherwise, you can click on the infinity button to connect the smartwatch manually.

Note: If the connection fails during synchronization, please try the following methods: Firstly, you can pull down the main interface to perform a manual synchronization. If failed, please kill or force quit the app in the back-end, and restart the app. if you still can't sync data, please turn off your mobile phone Bluetooth or restart your phone.
