1. Restart your Bluetooth by turning off and turning on again.

2. If Bluetooth is engaged with any other device like headphone then kindly unpair it and pair the smart scale. ( this action is    required for some lower end android devices only) 

3. Restart your phone and try to pair the smart scale through Actofit smart scale application only.

4.  Do not keep your phone on battery save mode while scanning. 

5.  Do not restrict background process activities from mobile settings; it may cause issues while scanning.

6.  Give all required permissions to the Application. I.e Bluetooth , Location (GPS) . 

7.  Check the Smart Scale Display For ‘ LO’  means low battery . Insert the new battery or charge the smart scale.
