1. Your data is always safe on our data base. You can have access to your data life long unless you yourself won’t delete it . 2. You need to have active internet connection to get your data. Restart your wifi / mobile data and check again.
3. Please click on change user and click on refresh button available on top of the change user screen .
4. Please logout and login and check again.
5. You can check if there is an app update available on app store.
6. Check whether you had login with your existing email id which was already registered.
