1. Keep your arms straight 30 degrees or 45 degrees.

3. Arms should not close to your waist.

5. Keep your scale on the hard surface. Step on the scale with bare feet, evenly distributing your weight.
6. Measure with bare feet and full in contact with the electrodes.
7. Do not use any padding under the smart scale while measuring. Moisten your feet a little bit while measuring.
