Solution:


1. Check your internet connection. While Creating or updating any user profile, the internet is required.

2. You need to enter a unique email id or mobile number when you are creating a new user profile. 

3. Do not enter existing user profile details for adding a new user. 

4. Do not edit /rename existing users for creating a new user or do not take a reading after editing existing profiles. It will mix up your existing readings.

 How to add a new user 


1. On the home screen, click on the add user icon. 

2. Enter the unique mobile number or email id 

3. Click the request OTP button 

4. Enter OTP and click on the verify button. 

5. Enter user profile details and click on submit button.
